New for 2012 is the start of Shibden Share-inn Week, a regular monthly special taking
place during the last full week of each and every month.
The name makes a play on Shibden Mill being an inn and the fact that the week is designed
around sharing one or more of four spectacular main courses featuring particularly prime,
seasonal produce.
Shibden Share-inn Week will begin in February, with a fabulous focus on steak running
from Feb 20 – 25. This will be followed by a March Shibden Share-inn Week that will
showcase seafood & frites!
Commenting, Shibden Mill Inn’s General Manager, Glen Pearson, says: “There will be a
real sense of theatre surrounding each of the four dishes available during Shibden Shareinn
Week. Heads are guaranteed to turn when they see the food being delivered to the
table, however they won’t just look amazing; they’re going to taste great too.” Adding: "The
sharing aspect is about encouraging interaction with the food, as part of a social and dining
experience, here at the Publican’s UK Food Pub of the Year.”
