"MEURSAULT". BURGANDY. VALLEY FRERES
Using ultra traditional techniques, selecting grapes from vines
of a minmum 15 years of age. They are left on the lees for an
extended period, matured in French Oak for a minimum of 2 years,
and then racked 3 times per year with no fancy bottling, just
a pipe, four taps, gravity and a candle. A rich green gold colour,
heady, lightly oakey but with a seductively nutty bouquet.

ALOXE-CORTON 1st CRU "LES CHAILLOTS" LOUIS LATOUR
One of the gems of the Cote de Beaune. It needs time for its bouquet
to develop and for a certain youthful hardness to soften. Worth
the wait though, being quite full flavoured, complex, structured
and distinguished. Appealing velvety fruit to the fore, mouth-coating
body and richness with an intriging bouquet which is very distinctive.
