A blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and other premium varieties. A rich cherry red colour full of soft red fruit and spicy cherry fruit flavours.

14. "JARRAH RIDGE" SOUTH EASTERN.
Shiraz fruit dominates the nose with nuances of cassis and blackberry, some toasty oak is also apparent. A full bodied fleshy palate structure showing peppery Shiraz and blackcurrant flavours, a soft tannin structure with warm alcohol finish and good persistence.

15. "AZURE". VANCLUSE. LEON DUMAS
Wild blackberry fruit is prominent on the nose with hints of cinnamon spice, an underlying spicy sloe berry midpalate, soft and warm jammy fruit to follow with supple tannins making it an easy drinker.

16. 'CENTRAL VALLEY' VISTAMAR WINES
Vibrant red in colour with aromas of ripe berry fruits. Its palate is well structered boasting of cherries, violets and vanilla, complimented by velvety tannins to give a smooth finish.

17. RIOJA 'VEGA DEL RAYO' VINEDOS DE SOLARENA
Made with 100% Tempranillo fruit sourced from selected Rioja vineyards, whose distinctive stony soils are ideal for the long, even ripening of quality grapes. A vibrant, medium bodied Rioja with ripe cherry and plum characters.

Bet you've not had a Pinot Noir from Chile yet. Not only rare outside Burgandy but also a brilliant example. Hand picked fruit, subtle floral aromas as well as hints of ripe wild raspberries. Cherries on the nose combined with subtle oak. Flavoursopme and well rounded.
