41. "LAS ESTRELLAS" Santa Emillana
Lots of typical Chilean Cabernet varietal character showing fresh tart black and redcurrants on the nose with leafy, red pepper undertones. Quite soft and fruity showing characteristic 'cigar box' qualities. Good depth and structure as luightly dry tannins complete the finish on this quaffable glass of grape juice.

42. "COTES DU VENTOUX". GEORGE DARRIAUD
Transferred to barrel for 12 months maturation and the result is outstanding. Mellow spicy Syrah characteristics backed by the full fruity flavours from the Grenache are in perfect harmony. The wine is smooth and rich with creamy vanilla and is like a treasure trove for the inquisitive palate.

43. "BRAMPTON OVR" RUSTENBERG WINES
Harvested from slopes of Simonsberg Mountain aged in 2 and 3 year old barriques for 15 months. Aromas of blackberries and plums follow through to a richly spiced palate with chocolate and mocha adding complexity to a long finish.

Manging to keep the tradition of Sarantos alive by putting together a wine vibrant enough to excite the senses by providing a hint of French Oak. This wine is both brilliant in colour and fresh in ripe berry and cherry aromas. These exciting aromas carry on through to the palate and the finish is soft, smooth and lingering.

48. 'RESERVE' BIO VALLEY. AGOSTINO
Classic Pinot Noir aged for 6 months in oak. Unusually for Chile this is tending to Old World in style with a very elegant and quite complex expression of fruit on the palate, showing a delicious fusion of fresh raspberries and cherries with a hint of vanilla and oak.

Representing the pinnacle of their winemakers creative art. 12 months in American & French Oak, intense, inky colour while aromas of redcurrants and raspberries intrigue the senses. On the palate rich fruit flavours, well integrated oak and silky tannins.

50. CHIANTI "GENTILESCO" CANTINE BONACCHI
Minimum 85% Sangiovese with 15% Malvasia grapes from hillside vineyards near Siena. Ruby red in colour, medium-bodied, soft, harmonious and velvety with a fruity bouquet reminiscent of violets.

51. "MURPHYS" BIG RIVERS. TRENTHAM ESTATE
Yes, they truly are of Irish decent even featured in the Kinsale Wine Museum. The Murphy family have grown grapes in the Murray Darling region since 1909 and build on this experience to create fruit driven easy drinking wines. Ripe berry fruit aromas, cracked black pepper, and a soft rich finish with a subtle hint of spice.

52. "MINERVOIS". Les Moulin des Nonnes
Organic. 70% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre. After a 30 day maceratin and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 60% is then matured in French and American barriques for 12 months. The careful vinification results in a full bodied wine with clear herbal notes, a hint of vanilla and crushed red fruit characters on the palate.

53. "SENORIO DE LAZAN RESERVA" Bodega Pirineos
80% French Oak and 20% American Oak, aged for 14 months. The bottle ageing was for a minimum of a further 3 years. Brilliant red cherry colour. Aromas of ripe fruit and fruits of the forest. Balsamic flavours and spices with soft hints of toasted oak.Tannins both structured and persistent yet pleasurable .

54. BEAUJOLAIS VILLAGE. Manoir du Carra
A decidedly upmarket Beaujolais from a Boutique grower using very low yielding 'old' (over 40 years) vines., presented with wonderful flavour and concentration for the Gamay. Superb red purple blue tints. The bouquet is intense with aromas of small red fruit bursting through to intense cherries on the palate.

56. RIOJA CRIANZA "BARRIQUE AGED" HEREDAD UGARTE
Made mainly from the Tempranillo (90%) grape with a small proportion of Garnacha (10%), to add weight. 14 months in small oak barriques and 6 months ageing in bottle. Ugarte's Crianza has a fine intense colour and the soft, open, oaky nose that is so typical of the better wines from this region.

57. WINSTON HILL. Central Valley
Fruit is sourced from the warmer Lodi region of the Central Valley. A rich powerful wine with an almost port like spicy nose. Great depth of flavour, a subtle hint of oak adding to the soft round finish.
